From the time the tenant moved out just before Labor Day weekend, it took less than four weeks to complete all remodeling and staging and list the condo on a Friday. 'We are first-time home sellers. So, my wife and I wanted to go with a realtor who has expertise in our geographical area. We found the right realtor in Cathy Clock. 'Aubrie helped my GF and me get a house in the SF Bay Area. It was the first house for me so I had a lot of really silly questions but Aubrie was always polite, responsive and helped me to get up the speed. We did zoom meetings and a lot of texting--really efficient. We were viewing houses during COVID, which apparently is not as easy as the usual times--but Aubrie was able to get us in, and to get several viewings lined up so as to adapt to my extremely busy work schedule.
